The staff were so friendly and made us feel like VIPs. The rooms were clean and had wicked air conditioning. We spent days sunbathing by the pool and had a blast at the entertainment activities like killer pool and archery. And the night time shows were lit, especially the karaoke and quizzes. All inclusive was worth every penny!

Only thing I would've asked for is a proper nightclub or a party vibe for us young peeps. The hotel had great entertainment, but it would've been even better if they had a dedicated spot to dance and party all night long.

I like value for money, also I like that we could cook ourselves in the apartment room.

It was too cold inside the room, heater did not work. Blankets were smelling bad, so we need to remove them and asked for new. Our room 205 was pretty noisy, we could hear lift moving all the time. They changed towels after three days, but forgot to put new in the bathroom, so we need go to front desk to ask for them.

The hotel is clean and very good value for money, Charlie the entertainer done a brilliant job. The food was very good as well, the reception staff were very friendly and very helpful as well. The only problem we found was the bar staff they were very moody and did'nt really want to serve you......

The staff at this hotel are amazing, always friendly and willing to help with anything you need. They really go above and beyond to ensure a great stay.

All in all, everything was great at this hotel!

This hotel offers great value for money, with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff are friendly and helpful, making you feel welcome throughout your stay. The location is ideal, situated in a quiet area of Cala Bona but still close to bars, shops, and restaurants.

The staff were generally very friendly and helpful to us, in particular the Manageress and those working on reception.

The pool area was small for the size of the aparthotel. The rooms were clean but very dated and the balconies were small for 4 persons, as only 2 chairs and a table were provided.

We loved this hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful, offering us a glass of bubbly on arrival. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a great balcony. Breakfast every morning was lovely with plenty of options. The hotel also had a supermarket across the street and transportation was easy, with a bus stop directly outside the hotel to take you to nearby areas.

the bar in the hotel is nice and the pool area is clean.

apartments were average. no kettle. toilet in our room leaked for the whole duration of our stay, we notified them on the 2nd day and it was not fixed before we left 5days later. location is the furthest from cala bona ~ right on the verge of the countryside, beach which they said was 300m away cud not be called a beach.

Being woken up at 3am by drunk neighbours returning to their rooms. The tv had german based channels (only one channel was english).

Stayed here for a business trip and it was a great experience. Rooms were clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect, close to local amenities and transportation links. The breakfast spread was amazing with a wide variety of options that catered to all dietary needs.

The noise level could be improved as the walls were quite thin and you could hear noise from adjacent rooms. , the Wi-Fi signal was weak in some parts of the hotel and made it difficult to work efficiently.

The hotel is located in a peaceful area away from the city center, but public transport is easily accessible to reach Cala Bona's seafront. The hotel's rooms are spacious and come with English TV channels, and the food is plentiful and delicious. There is a daily family-based activity schedule, a lifeguard-supervised clean pool, and a welcoming staff.

The hotel rooms might need some updating to modern standards.
